If you are anything like me, sometimes life can be a little overwhelming. Some days its all too easy to feel depleted, isolated and uninspired. I've had to learn the hard way how to get out of those stuck places and create the life I always wanted to live. I can't even imagine how I would have made it through all of the ups and downs so far without yoga, women's community and all of the practices that keep me sane.
Everything I offer has developed from years of study and practice, many mistakes, and the deep learning that comes from living constantly at my edge. Learn how to modify yoga for pregnancy, dive deep into the world of mamas and babies and transform your relationships with women. This is intended for yoga teachers, midwives, doulas and other health professionals who are interested in teaching yoga to Pregnant women.
A private yoga session is a wonderful way to take your yoga practice to a new level. What may take months in a class environment can be accomplished in just a few hours in a one on one setting. You will dramatically improve your alignment and awareness, bringing greater strength, flexibility and ease to your practice.
